At PupplyBox, we’re dedicated to bringing joy to your dog with every box! Below are the details of our return and refund policy to ensure a smooth experience with your subscription.
Subscription Plans and Cancellations
PupplyBox offers 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month subscription plans. All plans auto-renew at the end of the term unless canceled. You can cancel anytime by reaching out to us via chat or emailing us at info@pupplybox.com. However, canceling doesn’t provide a refund for prepaid boxes or stop pending charges for your current term. You’ll receive any remaining boxes in your plan, but it won’t renew. For help, contact us and we will be more than happy to assist. Cancellations must be made before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next box. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
Return Policy
Due to the boxes including food items, we do not accept returns for PupplyBox subscription boxes. All sales are final once a box has been shipped.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for boxes that have already been shipped or for subscriptions that have been paid for. If you cancel mid-term, you will not receive a refund for the remaining boxes in your subscription plan.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We want your dog to love their PupplyBox! If your dog isn’t completely satisfied with their box, or if an item doesn’t meet the customization preferences you selected (e.g., excluding beef, chicken, or turkey), we’ll work with you to make it right. This may include sending a replacement toy or treat, or offering a credit toward a future box, at our discretion. Please contact our support team at Info@pupplybox.com to discuss any issues with your box.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the contiguous United States. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or international destinations.
Customization and Allergies
We offer customization options to accommodate your dog’s preferences and dietary restrictions. During signup, you can specify ingredients to exclude (e.g., beef, chicken, turkey) from treats. If you receive an item that doesn’t meet your customization preferences, please reach out to our support team at Info@pupplybox.com, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
