How does PupplyBox work?

Ready to spoil your furry best friend? Click Get Started to take a quick, fun quiz about your dog! We’ll ask for a few details—like their name, favorite kind of toy, gender, size and any allergies—to help us build the perfect box.

Next, pick the plan that fits your dog's needs:

You will then be directed to the checkout page, which is where the magic begins. Every month, your dog will get a box with paw-some toys, treats, and surprises- tailored just for them and delivered straight to your doorstep.

What subscription plans do you offer?

We know that good dogs deserve great deals, so the longer you stay, the more you save. All our prices are listed in USD. Taxes and shipping fees will be applied at checkout.

  • 12-month plan: $29/month or $312 prepaid (save 33%)
  • 6-month plan: $33/month or $174 prepaid (save 26%)
  • 3-month plan: $36/month or $96 prepaid (save 18%)
  • 1-month plan: $39/month

Can I add a second dog to my subscription?

Each PupplyBox subscription is customized for one dog based on their size, age, etc. To include a second dog, simply visit our Get Started page to set up another subscription.

Can I gift a PupplyBox subscription?

Yes! A PupplyBox subscription makes a great gift for dog lovers. Visit our "Gift a Box" page to purchase a subscription as a gift—be sure to use the recipient’s address at checkout.

Products and Customization

What’s included in a PupplyBox?

Each box contains 2 premium toys, 2 USA-made treats, and 1 surprise gift, all personalized to your dog’s profile. We rotate products monthly to keep your dog excited and engaged!

How do you customize my dog’s box?

We personalize boxes based on your dog’s profile:

  • Dog Size: Small (under 30 lbs), Medium (30-50 lbs), Large (50+ lbs)
  • Gender: Boy or Girl
  • Toy Type: Plush, Chew, or Mixed
  • Allergies: Specify Chicken, Beef, Turkey, or none

What if my dog has allergies?

We take allergies seriously! During our quick and easy quiz, you can specify if your dog is allergic to Chicken, Beef, or Turkey, and we’ll exclude those ingredients from their treats. If you need to update allergies after signup, simply contact us and we’ll update your dog's profile.

What if I don’t know my dog’s size category?

Our size categories are Small (under 30 lbs), Medium (30-50 lbs), and Large (50+ lbs), based on your dog’s target adult weight.

What types of toys do you include?

We offer toys based on your dog’s preferences:

  • Plush Toys: Soft and cuddly for gentle chewers.
  • Chew Toys: Tough materials for heavy chewers.
  • Mixed: A variety of textures for all play styles.
    If you'd like to change the toy type, simply click on account profile, subscriptions, manage subscriptions and then choose the toy type you'd prefer. This will update your profile for future boxes.

Are your treats safe for my dog?

Our treats are USA-made and meet high nutritional standards. We carefully select our products from trusted manufacturers in the United States to make sure they are safe and high-quality. Your dog’s health and happiness is Pupplybox’s top priority.

Shipping and Delivery

When will I receive my PupplyBox?

Your box ships within one week of payment processing. Delivery takes 2-3 business days after shipping. You’ll receive a tracking email within 24 hours of your box shipping. If you don’t see it, check your account page or contact us.

Can I skip a month or change or my delivery date?

Yes! If you need to skip a month or adjust your delivery date, simply manage your plan by clicking through your account profile. You can also simply contact us at least 5 days before your next billing date and we will update your profile.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only to the US. We’re exploring international shipping and hope to offer it in the future. Sign up for our newsletter to stay updated!

How do I update my shipping address?

To change your shipping address, click on your account profile, subscriptions and then select "edit address." Changes take effect for your next billing cycle. If your box has already been charged, contact us to update before it ships.

Payment and Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

How often will I be charged?

  • Monthly Plans: We charge your card upfront when you sign up and continue to charge monthly until canceled. Charges occur on or around the same day each month (e.g., if you sign up on May 5th, you’ll be charged around the 5th each month). Your plan auto-renews for the same term unless canceled.
  • Prepaid Plans: We charge your card upfront for the entire term (e.g., $96 for 3 months). Your plan auto-renews for the same term unless canceled. Boxes ship around the same day each month.

How do I update my payment information?

To update your payment information, simply go to your account profile, click subscriptions and then select "edit payment method." You will receive an email to update your payment information. Changes apply to your next billing cycle.

Policies

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime by reaching out to us via chat or emailing us at info@pupplybox.com. However, canceling doesn’t provide a refund for prepaid boxes or stop pending charges for your current term. You’ll receive any remaining boxes in your plan, but it won’t renew. For help, contact us and we will be more than happy to assist.

What is your return policy?

We don’t offer refunds or accept returns for subscription boxes. However, we understand extenuating circumstances and will address issues on a case-by-case basis. contact us with any concerns.
